30-day money-back guarantee

Bomani Digital offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required, whether or not you attended the session.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us using the email below and we will arrange it with Paddle for you. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Switching mornings

Saturday and Sunday cover the same module. If your plans change, email us before the session starts and we will move you to the other morning at no cost, subject to available seats. You can also transfer to a future weekend or a different module.

If we reschedule

If we move or cancel a session, you can take the new date, transfer to another module or receive a full refund — your choice.

Missed a session

If you miss a session, you can ask us to transfer you to a later weekend at no cost, or request a refund under the 30-day guarantee above.
